Email Redesign

The brief was to overhaul their customer journey email creative and copy, to bring it in line with the new "Unbundled" proposition, and to make it more relevant to where the customers are in their life-cycle.

The "Unbundled" proposition was to help keep the customers in the "know", as well as make it aware to them they can opt out of the BrightCare offering which was previously mandatory.
