I am Chris,

relocating to Manchester.

I lead the digital execution of film marketing campaigns for XYi's two biggest clients, Paramount and Universal, across 40+ international markets. Every asset my team produces comes through me for final creative approval. I also lead and mentor a team of four, including remote members, and I'm hands-on with their training and development.

At Linney Create I covered pretty much the whole digital production process: email design and development, web design and front-end build, UX/UI, and screen design for digital signage. I also picked up motion design and HTML banner builds along the way, using Adobe Animate and Google Web Designer.

I took on freelance projects throughout my degree to build up new skills, including a website and logo for the start-up DM Footcare, and playing kits and comms materials for my university rugby league team.

Having gained a 2:1 in Digital Media Technology, my time at University not only gave me the skills for my career but it was an essential life experience. Here I gained so much knowledge about different areas of design, also introducing me to the coding side, allowing my designs to come to life online.

During my time at The Henley College, I gained a Distinction in BTEC IT Practitioners. This kicked me off on my path to become a designer, as this course involved a wide spectrum of IT skills but the side I particularly enjoyed was the design and animation side which I still love today.
