Client Reminder Email

Survey feedback showed a number of XYi Design's existing markets weren't using us for their localisation work, so I put together a reminder email spelling out what we do and why, sent directly to those accounts.

My CEO wrote the brief himself: the full copy and layout, with black placeholder boxes standing in for the imagery and icons still to be designed. From there I sourced the supporting photography from our own campaign work, designed a custom icon set for the five reasons to work with us, and built the HTML email that went out.
